Congratulations to our 2-man team who competed in Miami on November 9th and 10th in the Chefs of the Americas competiton!  Paul Evans, CEC, and Michael Priola, CEC, AAC, placed first with gold medals over 12 teams from several different countries.  They were awarded ACF medals, $ 2,000 and signature chef jackets. 

Our student team members and professional chef members just keep going strong!

Thanks to everyone who donated peanut butter to our 'Peanut Butter Power' drive.  We collected 247 pounds of peanut butter for Hillsborough County.  More donations are rolling in from Pasco County.
